Shipping Costs
It is possible to view the shipping price at Checkout. Our shipping prices includes packaging and is kept low as possible so you can be rest assured that you are getting the best value possible.

All orders placed will be processed and shipped out on the same day or next business day using Royal Mail Delivery service mainly. heavier parcels may be different courier. At the checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery method.

Once your item has been sent out you will get an automatic dispatch confirmation email, please ensure someone is at home to receive the package at the estimated time of delivery as most deliveries will be tracked. 

Shipping costs vary depending on which zone your delivery location falls in.

• Zone 1: Within the UK
• Zone 2: International (within Europe)
• Zone 3: International (all other countries)

   

Shipping Methods Estimated time of delivery *after dispatch.

• UK: Standard -Normally 2 - 4 business days
• Express UK Postage - Our aim is 1-2 working days
• Next Day aim is by 1 pm Next working day. Please ensure order is placed before 3 pm.
• Saturday Special if ordered by Friday 1.30pm will be delivered on a Saturday Insha Allah 

• Europe: Normally 6-8 business days
• USA/Worldwide: Normally >12 business days 
• Express International Service: If you require your items urgently drop us a email and we can arrange a faster service or answer any other questions you may have.

Important Note:
Please be aware that all goods delivered overseas may incur additional customs, taxes and brokerage fees assessed by the country the items are entering into. These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee which is charged to your order, and it is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your shipment. 

UK *Next Day Delivery

• If you order before 3 pm on a business day , your order will be packaged and sent out same day. 
• If you place your order after 3pm your order will be packaged and sent out the following working day for next day delivery,
• If you place your order on a Friday, it is not guaranteed next day and may not be Saturday but a next working day guaranteed is on a Monday but we also have Saturday Special delivery at extra cost which if it’s placed before 1 pm on a Friday can be sent out to have it delivered by Saturday Insha Allah. 

      Also Note this service does not include weekends or Bank Holidays 

UK *Special Saturday Delivery

• If you place your order before 1.30pm on Friday, you will receive your order on Saturday before 1pm.

Please be aware that shipping delays may occur during the holiday season and/or on national/public holidays. Other reasons for shipping delays may be due to stock availability. If this is the case then we will email you on the same day that you place your order and inform you of when we will be able to deliver your order and also give you the option of extending the shipping period or cancelling the order.Some ordered items may not arrive at the same time due to availability of products.
